Common questions

My progress disappeared. Progress is stored on the device. Reinstalling the app, or clearing its data, starts over. There is no account to restore from.

No sound. Check the ♪ and ♫ buttons on the home screen, then your phone's volume. On iPhone the game plays even with the ring switch on silent.

The daily test says one attempt. Every player gets the same nine rounds each day and one go at them; a new test arrives at midnight, local time.

Reminders don't arrive. Open the bell icon on the home screen to check the time you chose, and make sure notifications for Brain Booster are allowed in your phone's settings.
